Northrop Grumman Corp. said Tuesday that it increased its quarterly dividend on its common stock 10% to $1.73 a share from $1.57.
The advanced aircraft systems provider said the quarterly dividend will be payable on June 15 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 31.
Chief Executive Kathy Warden said in prepared remarks that the increase represents the company’s 19th consecutive annual increase.
